On May 14, 2015, CHU's International Relations Center and Confucius Institute  hosted a visiting ceremony for civil servants from China's Bureau of Culture. Over 34 visitors from China attended, including civil servants from the Bureau of Culture and representatives of the Chinese Culture Center's Outstanding Student Exchange Association. They were treated to a performance by the Jeju Student Culture Center, took a tour of CHU's campus, and enjoyed meeting students from CHU. The visitors were treated to a wide variety of cultural exchanges and performances. This type of special visiting ceremony is expected to continue in the future, as CHU and colleges in China are continually improving and expanding their student exchange programs. The Chinese Culture Center's Outstanding Student Exchange Association is comprised of students ranging from the age of 7 to 18, and is proud to have China's finest students among its members.
